Group Description:
Every Wednesday evening at 7PM we will be having a free yoga class at the Tyrone campus! If you’re looking for a great way to wind down after a long day or week, this class is for you! Slow paced, restorative yoga focuses on postures to help relax muscles tightened during the day (hips, hamstrings, upper back and shoulders). This group meets weekly on Wednesday at 7:00 PM.
